Book an Appointment
We are pleased to announce that our office has re-opened.
If you plan to see your therapist in-person at our office, you will be asked to wear a mask and sign a COVID-19 Consent form prior to your return (this form can be found on our website under “Forms”). This consent form is in addition to your original Informed Consent form.
To ensure the safety of our staff, clients, and community, the team at Brentwood Counselling are asking clients to adhere to the policies as set by the Ministry of Health and the Provincial Health Officer, BC Centre for Disease Control, WorkSafeBC, and the therapists’ governing bodies.
We ask that you only visit our office if you are feeling healthy, have not travelled outside of BC in the past 14 days, and have not been in close contact with to someone who potentially has or is confirmed with COVID-19.
If you are feeling unwell, have travelled within the last 14 days, or have been in close contact with someone who may have or is positive with COVID-19, please refrain from visiting our office. You will be given the option to see your therapist via telehealth video conferencing or cancel your appointment, without paying the late cancellation fee. These policies are detailed in the COVID-19 Consent form and on our website.
24 hours prior to your meeting, you will be required to complete a short COVID-19 survey to confirm your health.
Note that you have the option to begin/return to in-person meetings or to begin/continue online counselling sessions via telehealth video conferencing. Please discuss the best option with your therapist.
We thank you for your patience as we adapt to this hybrid model. If you have any questions, please contact your therapist directly or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 604-800-9010.
